Besides shipping out item internationally, we extend our service to buy or to bid an item on your behalf. Simply supply us the link of your item, we will estimate the price for you.

How it works :

1. Please supply the required item to us by mail to contact [at] mamykiddy.com, for bidding please indicate the max bid (excluded all shipping fees). Please send us 48 hours prior the bidding is ended. We provide buying/bidding form for your convenience, please contact us for the form.
2. We will estimate the price in THB plus small service charge for you by sending back the mail.
3. If the buying or the bidding is confirmed, deposit 50-75% is required (50% or 75% depends on the item, we will inform you in the 2nd proccess above) * / ** / ***
4. The remaining must be paid before shipping an item back to Thailand. ****

* For bidding, if we do not win the bid, we will transfer full deposit amount to you within 24 hours after the bidding is ended. You are responsible for all fees (if any)

** To cancel your bidding order confirmation, the charges will be as follows :-

If no bid is placed or placed but we are not the highest bidder, Service charge will be 5% of maximum bid offer, minimum charge is 500 THB.
If bidding is placed and we are the highest bidder, no cancellation is allowed.

but if we have already bid on your behalf and we are the highest bidder, no cancellation can be made.

*** For buying, if you change your mind, we are pleased to cancel your order and return the item to the seller (if return is accepted). You are responsible for any fees incurred plus service charge 500 THB per order. We will deduct all fees and service charge from your deposit, if your deposit is less than the charges, we reserve the right not to process your return.

**** Your item will be shipped to Thailand only the remaining amount is paid. The remaining amount must be paid within 7 days after the buying or bidding is completed. If the payment is not made, we will sell your item and transfer you the selling amount deduct 20% service charge (maximum 2,000 THB). If your item cannot be sold within 7 days, we reserve the right to toss it and no refund can be made.
