Terms & Conditions

To ensure that we all have the same understanding, please read below for terms and conditions

1. We charge shipping by weight according to Thailand Postal Service. For our free shipping item, when customer proceed to check out there will be no shipping charge appear for your selection as the weight of the free shipping item will not be calculated for the shipping charge. Free shipping will be shipped by Parcel post through Thailand Postal Service only.

2. We cannot guarantee item's availability, please make the payment within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. Onve you click ordering, our system will book the item for you and if there is no payment within 24 hours, the item will be automatically released stock back for other customers. If you have any difficulty or would like to appoint for payment, please contact us.

3. If you place your order by phone or email, please kindly give us your cleared shipping address in order to expedite your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for any error or mistake of any shipping address providing over the phone. 

4. Should you have any special requirement such as gift wrapped, please let us know. There might be some extra charge, please contact us.

5. We are sorry for the inconvenience but item will be shipped after we have received the cleared payment.

6. Free shipping and Shipping fees quoted on our website is limited only shipping within Thailand. For international shipping, please contact us for quotation.

Please note that it's customer's responsibility to provide a "Correct & Clear shipping address", any returned package for incorrect or uncleared shipping address, will be reshipped at customer's expenses.

7. Return, refund or exchange item :

     7.1 Personal and Hygienic items and clearances are final and not exchangable and/or returnable and/or refundable.
     7.2 Exchange, return or refund for any purchased items is considered on case by case basis. 
     7.3 An defective from manufacturer can be replaced at no charges. Any other reason ssuch not up to customer's expectation, not please with shape, color, materials and etc. Fees will be applied.
     7.4 Re-stocking fee 25% is charged for any returned / refunded / replaced for non-defective item. Customer are responsible for transaction fee(s) and postage (s) for returning and resending. Minimum restocking charge is 100 THB / piece.
     7.5 For refund case, refund will be issued after we have received the item back and will be issued as store's credit or voucher only. This voucher or credit is valid for 30 days from issuing date.
     7.5 For all returing item, the item must be returned to us within 3 days after receiving and must be in original condition.

8. Damaged package / damaged goods, please make sure that at the time of receiving yor package are in good condition. Never receiving any damaged package from couriers as we will not responsible for any claim after delivery. Should you have to receive the package, please open the package in front of the courier for checknig, any damaged goods shall be returned to courier without sign for receiving.

9. Your order wil be shipped next day or same day if you place your order / make the payment and inform us by 4 AM of the day. Order and payment made after 4 AM, may be shipped next day unless you have confirmed your order with us and appoint for the payment.
